Job purpose:
Responsible for Industrial, B2B Segment Business in assigned geography, implementing growth strategies to increase market share of industrial adhesives, map the market to unlock new opportunity segments and expand the Business.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop Industrial business in the assigned geography
· Initiate and implement business development activities
· Identify customer & users need and new applications and engage with backend team to fulfil customer’s requirement
· Initiate plan to grow business from existing customers and develop new customers
· Appoint Industrial distributors in gap towns
· Achievement of sales targets as per Business Unit objectives
· Complain handling at Industrial Customer / Customer level and thereby ensure good service
· Generate market intelligence and track competitor’s activity and proactive planning
· To maintain Industrial Customer relations
· To implement company's policies with respect to sales, credit, collection and other statutes
