- Manage a team of all department heads and 200+ workers
- Ensure GMP compliance of the plant.
- Improve plant operations w.r.t initiatives for process improvement, unit operations, maintenance and safety.
- Effective production planning to have less down time; increasing efficiency and reduce the production cost by improving the yield,
- Good liaisoning with local authority to address and resolve the issues.
To develop repo with governmental agencies for smooth operatio
